Hope you're having a productive June. We're changing our weekly newsletter from "Weekend" to just "Weekly" as there seems to be no guarantee that we'll get it out on the weekend (I tried though). CoreDial Changes SMB Hosted VoIP Sales with 60% Margins: If you're like me it likely took you a while to warm up to selling hosted VoIP seats after many lucrative years of selling MPLS. Well I finally got onto the hosted VoIP train because it's making it possible to earn a living again from selling phones to businesses with as few as 10 employees.

DAN's BIG PREDICTION #1 - It's my oh-so-humble opinion that in 2-years the only partners still selling hosted VoIP will be partners that are providing level one support (being the person customer call first when the phones don't work) and having their logo on the bill.  PREDICTION #2 is that the invoice that bills for telephony will also bill for IT support and carrier/internet services.

BOTTOM LINE - If you're not billing your SMB customers, providing level one support and taking care of their IT, phones and dial-tone/internet you're going to be loosing your SMB customers to another technology service provider that does provide this "triple-bundle" IT, phones & carrier. If you're not doing it now check out CoreDial & get started with not going out of business.
